Can I set up shipping with free online weebly account and basic square account?

Hello, 

We have just started our online selling with the free weebly online store through Square. It looks like in order to integrate a shipping calculator for pricing we need to upgrade to either a paid weebly account or upgraded Square account?

It would not be possible to set up shipping with the free plan, though you can set up shipping rates if you upgrade the site to Professional, Performance, or Premium.
