is anyone els having trouble re-linking their Novo bank account?

I was successful in linking why account the first attempt but after a week, Square asked me to re-link my account even though the deposit was confirmed and then taken back out by Square. Now I am having issues with re-linking the same account, I keep getting an error message saying "too many failed attempts" then asks me to sign into my account to reset it. After signing in nothing has been reset and still gives me the same message.
