Do I still have a square account? I can't find my paperwork or the white piece of plastic that fit into my phone.

Couple of thoughts -
There's basically no paperwork provided by Square - everything is done online and most if not all communication from Square to you is via email and/or text. All of your transaction history is online (in your account). As for any other paperwork, that would be from your bank if you get paper statements that show transaction deposits. As for your Square Account - that can be accessed through your desktop or laptop web browser or via your smart device using Square's POS App. Did you forget your password (it happens)? As for your Reader - you can always order a new one or you can setup your phone for Tap and Pay (iPhone or Android) as no hardware is required - just your phone. Should you need additional assistance with your Square Account, suggest contacting Customer Support as they can look at your Account details - that's something that cannot be done here.
