Since we don't have additional details about your issue like which Square App, what your connectivity is (hot spot, phone data, router, etc.) and what hardware you're using (smart device and reader, Terminal, Stand etc.) - the best advice is to enter the transaction manually - you can do that through your Square Account Dashboard. Even if you can't enter the transaction manually right away, you can do it later when you have access to your Square Account. Please understand that the volunteer Community Members are not the same as Tech or Customer Support but, many here are small business owners who do have quite a bit of hands-on experience using Square's Apps and Hardware. We can offer other suggestions if we have more info.
