Thank you! It's something very close to my heart. My nephew has autism and the support from the community has been beautiful.

I'd like to increase sales and foot traffic to our social enterprise flower shops. I think by utilizing a fresh marketing campaign I can really get it rolling. Already excited for 2025!

What fresh marketing were you thinking? Only asking because I'm truly curious and plan to explore the EDDM venture for local businesses.

I'm going to slow down and be kinder to myself.  Us business folk are sometimes guilty of losing sight of the bigger picture.

My primary business objective for 2025 is to strengthen client retention while actively expanding my client base. I plan to establish a fruitful partnership with an Independent/Assisted Living Center, where I can serve as a contracted stylist. By focusing on these strategies, I am confident I can achieve my revenue goal of $100,000 in the coming year.

I'm looking to be able to hire my first part-time employee(s). What I really want is a permanent location, so I don't have to travel as much, but I know that would be shooting myself in the foot. Unless a really plum place comes along by accident. I'm totally fine with just being able to add some helpers.

Let's put a little tree right here.

I'm curious about this since I'm not familiar with what you do - how are you traveling and how would that hinder you?  We have a local place called the Painted Pot and they have a permanent location but they also do remote stuff all over the city.  Can you expand on what you're looking to do?

I don't integrate my systems into QB because I don't like the way it does it.  Is this goal for you just a matter of connecting Square and QB?

The goals i have for thirty 3 touch next year are to have high retail sales of my cork roller set and pillow so that my income is less body dependent and to hire on at least 2 therapists to decrease my time in studio and obtain more corporate comtracts for on site wellness so that i can provide employment for other therapist and add to my passive income list. 10,000 monthly income, not gross.

My goals next year are to increase our gross sales by a minimum of 3% but I'm aiming for 20%, buy a mobile espresso cart/truck for events like weddings or farmers markets, buy a building to move our shop to -we're already got a draft contract with someone just crossing fingers all goes well for us to take possession the first of the year for remodeling, introduce some new products like chocolate covered espresso, start a coffee shop blog & podcast, start roasting classes & private cuppings, host tons more events and be way more active on socials. Grow our bulk coffee sales, we're already in some local schools, but we have some churches and clubhouses we're talking to. We've been approached by a few people for a second location, that one I won't give any more details so I won't jinx it. I've got my goals lined out in my hobonichi to be better organized this coming year. I'm super excited!

That's A LOT!!  I hope it all comes to fruition successfully!  Just remember one thing - you can't eat an elephant all in one bite.  When it gets tough to do all of this at once, give yourself grace 🙂
