our shop consistently hits 30% or more returning customers each month, so we have a lot of regulars for a retail shop! I think the connection hits me the hardest when they bring a new friend with to our shop or to one of our events and they introduce the new friend to us just like we are old friends of theirs. it warms my heart that they can feel such a connection to us! some of our regulars have even started friend groups after meeting at our store. our little community is always growing 💕
