As we wrap up 2024 and dive into 2025, we’re buzzing with excitement for what’s ahead! 🎉

Our goals for the new year include:

  • Expanding our service menu: We can’t wait to introduce fresh, innovative services that align with our commitment to healthy, natural nails and keeping up with the latest trends.
  • Investing in training and education: Our nail techs are the heart of our salon, and we’re dedicated to providing them with new training opportunities and extended education to sharpen their skills and deliver top-tier experiences.
  • Growing our clientele: We’re looking forward to welcoming more amazing clients into our salon family and building lasting relationships through exceptional service and care.

2025 is all about leveling up, staying inspired, and continuing to create a space where both our team and our clients thrive. Cheers to a year of growth and possibility! 💅

I love this detailed list @Stacelyn24 ! I specific love to see the dedication in investing in training and education. I know that is meant for your internal team in relation to their trace, but I also bet client-education (maybe on your AMAZING instagram account) would be a big win as well - could contribute to your goal of growing your clientele AND aligns with your mission of healthy, natural nails!

I hope you can lean on the community to keep you motivated and share your goal-wins throughout the year.

We're currently workshopping a new business concept.. in early stages. Need to do research and big time math- but we do have the potential location.

We are also increasing the footprint of our academy- an immersive, in-person learning event which is poised to be a leader in its field.

Our goals for 2025:

  • Grow our new location
  • Add new product lines, the 1st of the launch is our beauty line.
  • More self-care
  • Get my personal and business life together, I'm a little disorganized right now

I'm sure I'll have more to add to this list soon....

Those are great goals!  I hope that you put yourself first though and that that list is not in order of priority.  You can't give someone else oxygen until you first do yours.  Self-care if of utmost importance. 🙂

I don't set NY's resolutions because I feel like they are a set up for failure.  However, I do like to set a goal to create a new good habit or achieve/learn something.

Right now we're just focused on the ride.  2024 was good to us and we've made some improvements we needed but we still need to get to our goal of replacing income.  We just want to continue to move forward, so that's our focus.

@CareyJo  Are there any smaller tactical goals you can set that will contribute to your goal of replacing income? Any questions you could ask the Community to help you get to solutions?

We've been working on those smaller goals for about 4 years now... working on creating wealth through property ownership, working to increase our portfolio so that we can replace the income and cut back our business to about 25% and be commercial contract only until the very end.  🙂

Hmmmm, for me it it

  • Survive opening a second venue
  • Hopefully use my previous year goals of making the hotel simpler for staff at the new venue, and prove it at original venue
  • Get better at social media
  • Get better at Square Online (though this is more personal, main business is in person)
