I would like to see a price override option.  This option will allow you to change the price of any item temporally "for this sale only" on the fly like at the POS counter on the register.  

IE. Customer comes to your location, selects an item they wish to buy and requests a lower price due to damage to item or other reasons...  (would need manager approval) you would touch the price of the item and change it. then a box would popup for reasons IE  Damage,late delivery, price was advertised at a lower price, price match at other stores etc... or Other "type in reason."

I dont think this is much to ask and would benefit everyone using the system

I'll give you a couple:

1. allow sending payment links and/or invoices from Square Restaurant app. This should be super easy - its obviously using the same programming code as POS and Retail for the checkout screens - but its very frustrating that Restaurant doesn't have this available.

2. allow options and modifiers to be drop-down boxes in Square POS app - once an item has 2 or 3 modifiers that have many options each it gets hard scrolling through pages and pages to find things

3. ability to print a receipt from the square dashboard without having to email it to myself and wait literally 10 minutes for the email to come through. Invoices lets you print directly from the Dashboard, I should be able to print a receipt the same way.

OMG THIS!!! Especially #2: I have a ton of options and modifiers on my products and it's so time-consuming to scroll through a hundred different options listed out as each individual possible combination in the POS app to ring up customers.

Please allow us to print full receipts of POS orders on the desktop computer with a normal printer and not just the specialized receipt paper printers. If I have customer information associated with that sale, I want that to also print on the receipt so I can match up each customer with the items ordered, including seeing full details of modifiers and any order notes, just like I would see when printing off a regular Square Online order.

Your websites should include customer profiles to be able to login and log out with username and password to see history purchases.

You have got to offer small shops an option to create a return for store credit.  This has been requested and is still needed.   It was first brought to your attention in the seller's community forum in 2016!!!!!

I would like a way to organize my invoices in folders.  We have items that have to be prepaid and it can get confusing looking for these invoices to fill amongst all the other ones that are just regular invoices.

Would love to see better account reporting options.

Not having an option to list both monies in and out in one screen makes paperwork extremely difficult.  

Sales reports are nice and all, but I have other software that does that for me and more completely.

I would like to be able to generate a LIST of transactions for a set period that includes individual payments received in and transfers sent out of my square account. (money in and money out) in one list, like a ledger or reconciliation report. including date and maybe even time.  "Summaries" are of no use to an actual business, we can just look at the totals if we need summaries.

Better inventory tools.  We have multiple locations, and often move inventory between them and it's a pain in the **bleep**.  

We do a lot of catering, and it'd be great to have a tool where orders could be pleased for a future date, and we could easily see upcoming orders.

I would like to be able to go directly to “new customer” when you ask someone if they would like to sign up for your loyalty program rather than clicking back to customers and then hitting “new customer!”

I should be able to go into Items, click on an Item, and add it to a PO. 

Right now, I have to look at my items, jot down which are low stock in Notes, then go into inventory management and create a PO.

2) (this may be on the upgraded retail platform) Totals. ie: total inventory, total amounts, amount you paid, etc

3) on the invoices making a check box or customer signature for items picked up, received, etc

Under dashboard, you will see a "Subscriptions" icon where you can create subscription plans, add subscribers, or generate a sharable link or buy button for your website. I would like to have an option for customers to set up flexible savings accounts by adding money monthly or some other frequency through recurring payments, and then be able to use some portion of that saved money or all of it towards purchases whenever they come in.

I would love to be able to invoice my clients in BTC vs USD. I have had a lot of requests for the option to pay in various cryptocurrencies, but primarily the request comes for payment in bitcoin. Any chance this is in the pipeline?
