How have you diversified your business?
I own a couple of tanning salons. I started a product line and am working on growing that so we see consistent revenue during slower seasons.

We diversified into preventative maintenance contracts years ago. We maintain the equipment in commercial properties and then when it needs to be replaced, we're in a position to offer a bid to replace. it not only creates consistent income but pads our bread and butter - installs.

I own multiple coffee shops; we've diversified by niche'ing into a wellness and sustainability focus. As consumers learn more about the health effects of conventional coffee, tea, and food, they realize that their daily habits arent as clean as they once thought.
Other ways we've diversified:
- Creating our own native product lines
- Vertical integration
- Collaborations with local makers
- Popup events
- Hiring a social media manager that knows what they are doing!
