We recently launched our website (china house buxton). Customer are reporting. they go on our website and they must choose a delivery or pickup option. the collection customers can then access our menu on the website. the problem is, that if a customer selects the delivery option, they then cant add any products to their order because they cannot see or access the menu. please help

Hi @pokman, sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue!
As long as the address entered is within the delivery radius and the items have delivery as one of the fulfilment methods, the customer should definitely be able to access the site and add items to cart.

we tried that still same in the delivery not showing.
the only way round is to select pickup choose item then select delivery before checkout.

Thanks for sending that on and I'm so sorry that the issue is still persisting @pokman!
I was able to reproduce the issue on my end as well so I'm checking in with our ECOM specialist team and ask them to investigate further.
In the meantime, can you also try these steps and see if that would help:
- Turn the delivery option off and back on
- Unpublish and republish the site
- Make a small edit to any of the items that are not currently showing up (like deleting a letter and adding it again) to see if the items will appear in the delivery section.
