Hello Seller Community 👋!
Last year we hosted an expert feedback session with @AdamB and @BernadetteA, our resident Square Online product experts. We reviewed over 70 different Square Online sites, sharing what’s working, what isn’t and how each store can be taken to the next level.
We’re excited to open submissions for this year's expert feedback session. We’ve tweaked our process slightly to make it easier for folks to submit their store and receive feedback, so read on to find out how you can participate this year.
How it works
Submissions for this round of Expert Feedback is now closed. We’ll begin reviewing each site that was submitted. Depending on how many submissions we get, it may take several days to a week or more. Don’t worry, though! We’ll get to your site. 🙂
We will make a post to the Expert Feedback board, tag you and include a link to your site and our feedback.

I don’t feel my shop is working well for me and I feel confused about Facebook being connected because then that wants to seem to do it’s own thing

I thought it was just because we were using the freebie version.🤔
I know we could do better with the paid version but we're a small sports club and have limited funds.

yeah, I am just using the £6 a month option just to use my own customer domain, feel that we should get more with free version, especially analytics. can only see how many visitors and thats it... so much behind paywalls.
