@Sheli thanks for asking in the Community!

I believe @Doran@rjonin@Bronze_Palms, and @JessPoynter all do!

@maxpete @Sheli  yep! I do.  Going on several years now with Appointments. Loving all the recent additions to it over the last year. Especially the Square Go app.

Thank you for the tag! Yes! I am using it for clients to book services. We also have an online store, run payroll, workers comp, send emails all through square.

Hey yes we do! I have been using it for the last 3+ years. Now with 2 locations and 10 staff members it works really well. And the best bit is they are constantly bringing out new features to us like the waitlist (this has hugely increased our utilisation rate as means we have less white space from last minute cancellations!)

Any questions please just shout x

Are you able to enter the appointments manually or send them a link to fill out their credit card information? It gets old with no shows and late cancellations and you get screwed for setting your time aside and not get paid.

Hi @Funsurfchick, thanks for posting 🙂.

There are a few ways for you to take payments prior to the appointments, or protect yourself from no shows and cancellations:

  1. Create an appointment from your Dashboard or POS and manually enter your customer's credit card details.
  2. Create a customer profile and add a card on file, so you can charge it when creating an appointment.
  3. Send an invoice to your customer from the Appointments app.
  4. Create a cancellation policy to protect yourself against no-show.
  5. Create an online booking page, and set up customer prepayment.

I hope this helps, but don't hesitate to let me know if you have any questions about these features !
