A hold was put on my account without notifying me
I have been trying for 30 days to get my funds released and transferred to my account. I have been a customer of Squareup for 17 years and never experienced a problem before and this time I am getting no assistance or support from my requests. I don't know what to do. I have exhausted every possible source I can find! This is quite a lot of money for a business of my size to do without. It is affecting every aspect of my operating income - payroll, rent, supplies and more!

Have you called customer service? This help board probably won't be much help for an account issue like that. Try customer service in the help portal from your dashboard. Request to speak to someone on the phone and get a customer id number. They will be able to straighten it out for you.
