Any last minute promotions ideas for online art sales before the end of the year?
With a late start setting my store up at the end of the holiday shopping season, I’m wanting to look at last minute ideas to promote sales before the end of the year. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

A trend I've noticed is that artisans and makers are shutting down operations earlier and earlier in December. There's no denying it's extremely hard to compete when the big box stores are slashing their prices before the holidays and before the end-of-year accounting cycle. Small businesses depend on whatever profit margin they have so sometimes it makes sense to push the pause button and remove yourself from the slashing prices fray. I know this doesn't help generate ideas for last-minute promotions, but maybe challenging that paradigm is good. As artisans and makers, we have a unique value proposition. I suggest focusing on that early in the season versus trying to keep up with the big dump big box stores are doing now.
