The short answer is no - in other words, you can run a credit card transaction, have the amount minus the fees deposited into your bank account and even refund that transaction back to the card (note, the fees are not credited back so you will loose that amount). Even if you annotated that this was just a test, the history cannot be deleted. The same is true for invoices. Bottom line, there's dummy features like a test credit card or a way to try a feature to see how it works and simply delete it before deciding to go live. It would great if Square had features like that available.
