The app isn't sending our confirmation request. Says make sure customer info is correct.

The app isn't sending out conformation requests.  Says to make sure the customer info is correct.  Which it is so idk what to do.

 I recommend making sure that your subscription to Appointments Plus or Premium didn't lapse. If your subscription is okay and you still aren't able to send confirmation please let me know so I can investigate this for you.

I never had a subscription.  It's only one person so it is free. Unless it has been changed.  My customers use to get confirmation requests.  Now it says check their info when i try to resend manually.  Pls advise.
