POS does not show stock at locations

Hi,

I am logged in as an owner user and have created a new physical location in addition to our shop. I have added 1 item to each physical location(making 2 - you can see my maths CSE at work here) The count shows clearly in the online dashboard but in the POS in the shop only shows the item stock as 1. Can I not see that our other location also has a stock item? I am sure I am missing something in the setup.

We are stock taking so it is rather urgent we resolve what we see where.

At the moment, you can only logged into one location at a time on the Square Point of Sale app. This means you'd only see stock for that particular location and not any other. 

 

The best way to see stocks across all locations is to sign into your Square Dashboard instead.
