Can someone confirm Square Loyalty program is also good to use in appointments?

So if someone is coming regularly to visit us they will get points when they book online?

It feels like is only made to be used with items and not appointments. Would appreciate if someone can explain this for me please.

Yes! If you use Square Loyalty your customers are able to earn points and redeem rewards when you use the Appointments app to process payments. If you have any additional questions, reply here to let us know!
