thank you emails that include coupon codes

1.  When a customer makes a purchase, I have set up an email that gets generated for a "Review" to entice a customer to write a review.  The shortest time option to choose is 2 weeks, why is that?  2 weeks is way too far out to ask for a review.  Can Weekly please include one week so we can choose this option?

2.  When a customer makes a purchase, is there a way that a generated email gets sent to them automatically at checkout that provides them with a 15% off coupon code to use on their next purchase.  

3. How can I create a SINGLE coupon with a coupon code to send to this new customer who provided a REVIEW that will provide them with 15% off on their next order?

Thanks for your post, @Braiden.

1. I'm not sure why two weeks is the shortest, but I'll pass your feedback on about that to our Product team.

2. Are you using our email marketing? You can set up an automated email to do that.

3. It wouldn't be possible right now to automatically a unique, single-use coupon for each customer. You could create unlimited use coupons to use with your automated email and change them once in a while. For example, create a new coupon every week and update the email, then delete the old coupon after a week or so.

Can you guide me as to how to create/generate a coupon code for customers to use who have then reviewed us so I can then send it to them to redeem when they purchase again?

Isn't the coupon code that is created shows up for everyone to use? I only want to provide it to only one person.

Great question! @Braiden - In this case, you can provide the coupon code to one customer by providing the coupon code via email (see below). This code can be sent via email or text and will not show up on your site for everyone to use it.

Many thanks Smiley Happy  I created a coupon code but is there a way that I can auto-generate this coupon code to be automatically sent to them when a customer does a review on us.

Unfortunately, we don't currently have a way to generate unique coupons automatically. That would be a great feature, though! Hopefully it's something we can add in the future.
