how do I change 'pending orders'

I have taken two orders for my music CD and they show as 'pending orders'. I am waiting for the money to transfer in from Stripe paynment which I understand takes 7 days. When money transfers does the pending order automatically change? 

Or how do I change it?

From your Dashboard click on Edit Site then click on Store from the top menus. You will see your store menus appear down the left hand side. Select 'Orders' then all your orders will be displayed. Select the order you want to update and select 'shipped' at the bottom of the screen.

I had the same problem but played around until I figured it out. Hope this helps Smiley Happy

I don't sell itmes that are shipped, it is only for services, until last week all the orders went through but now all the orders are jsut saying pending, i have no option of shipping, any ideas?

Hi, @postviller. If you haven't yet, can you contact our support team about that? I think there may be a bug ticket open about this already, but it would be good either way to contact them in case there isn't. It will also make sure that you are updated when the bug is resolved.
