costumers cant add products to their cart

i recently built my website on weebly, and now that it's published, my costumers can't add products to their cart for some reason.

like the button option is shown but nothing happens when you click on it. i need help solving this problem or understanding why it's happening

It looks like you need to upgrade your website in order to sell those products. You can view the different plans we offer by going to the Upgrade button on your dashboard.

i updated mine and i am still not able to add anything to my cart.

I just tested the site and I was able to add items to the cart, and then proceed to the checkout page. Are you still having an issue on your end, or were you able to resolve this already?
