It looks like for some reason there are four orders that are marked shipped but also seem to be returned as pending. If you filter your orders by "pending" you'll see which four. I'd guess that when these orders were marked shipped there some some kind of temporary error that didn't mark them shipped somewhere in the backend. Can you contact our support team about that, @chatterx? That will probably require an engineer to go in and correct the data. Sorry for the trouble!
