Store - Square

I'm a new business owner and I'm at the point of setting up my store. However, I can't connect with square. I have a login and password with square,and I'm also connected through weebly using them. Yet, I'm stuck! The square reader for contactless + chip won't connect with my phone (iPhone). Has anyone else experienced this?

I just upgraded to the contactless one. It uses bluetooth. Do you have bluetooth enabled on your Iphone?

I bring up the square app on my Iphone. Make sure you press the button on the reader and get green lights. If you get yellow or orange then it needs to be charged.  It will connect on its own, but if the reader is off, then you turn it on you have to press at the top of the app to force it to connect.  I hope this makes sense.

I have the same problem. cannot connect using ipad or phone.
