Square Store Item Unavailable

I have the square online store version, and it said when I signed up that I would recieve unlimted items and now I habe items being shown as unavailable. I read it is because I have the free account, but does this apply to the square version also? I am including a screen capture of what is on the square site.

You can have an unlimited number of items with your Square Online Store without upgrading, @MKCPhotography, although it looks like some of your items have their visibility set to "unavailable". You can change that by editing each item individually and toggling the option to visible or hidden, or by using the checkboxes on the list of items in Items > Item Library and changing multiple items at once. 

One other option you may want to change is the item visibility option in Settings > Square Sync > Settings, which is toggled on and will mean that any item that syncs over from your Square account will be set to unavailable by default.

Why is this set to unavailable? I keep marking my items as visible and they automatically switch back. Can you explain why this occurs? I am trying to have my website up and running and it is complete. Please help find a resolution to this. My square sync is not on in my settings.

Yes I am having trouble within the app. To make any of my items visible as I created them, I had to create them in the web browser site, add title, description, and the price, then save. Then go to the app and add the photos and category. It was a pain, when the app had been working semi fine other than glitching when adding photos. What happened was everything I created within the app was unable to mark as visible.

I just have a weebly site via Square and imported my inventory items & inventory count. The size variations are not showing up on the website. The items just say "not available" even though the stock is updated on my square site and online site dashboard.

Can you help?

Hi @anichols Can you please confirm one of the site items that is showing as unavailable? I checked a few items in the store, but everything is showing up unless the particular variation has 0 inventory.

I'm having the same issue. One day the item is visible, the next it's not. 

I have know about the sync option to mark things unvailable. Thats is off. (Altough the default should be available to avoid confusing sellers)

I have also selected "visible" in the item area. Thats not the issue either. 

So frustrating.

Hi @Adam  I'm going to pick up where this thread left off. All of my items in Square and Weebly are set to available. In Square they show the correct inventory, in Weebly I've manually entered my inventory (as it did not sync from Square) but when I go to my website as a customer, instead of the 'Add to Cart' button it says 'Item Unavailable'. How do I fix this? I've been googling everything I could be doing wrong but everything should be set up to be able to sell on the website. Help!

I am currently have this exact same problem and my site is published. I have all my settings to visible and went to uncheck auto imput as unavailable. Nothing is working to get my items to add to cart.

Thanks for your post, @NMSPTA. You're seeing that because you have in-store pickup set as the fulfillment type for your items, but you haven't actually set that up yet. Go to Settings > Pickup & Delivery, then click the Set up button for your location. Once you've completed that it should let people order the items.

Hello,

We are having issues where items uploaded through Square are no longer set to "unavailable". It use to set all new products to "Unavailable" when being added to weebly but now when we add a new product, it is being set to visable right away. Since we have our facebook connected for shops, this is causing our products to automatically go to facebook when they shouldn't be. 

You stated that "One other option you may want to change is the item visibility option in Settings > Square Sync > Settings, which is toggled on and will mean that any item that syncs over from your Square account will be set to unavailable by default." - I am not seeing this option in our settings.
