All the prices seem to be ok, the credit cards multiple customers were using were ok and yet this error came up: "This store cannot ship to the specified address." HELP! How do I fix it?

Hello @huxley. Your customer who is living in XXX country had encountered this error during checkout because you most likely did not specify a shipping rate for that country. To fix that, simply click on 'Store' in the upper bar, click 'Setup', then 'Shipping', then click on the 'Add Region' button and search for the country where your customer resides and add it. Cheers!

I am having the same problem! I have shipping rates set up for Australia, but whenever an address is entered at checkout, it says my store does not ship to it. Losing customers! Please come up with a solution ASAP.

I have this problem. It was working 3 days ago but now I can't take any sales as it won't accept an Australian shipping address. What is being done to put this problem right? Please treat it with urgency. As we go into the weekend I am expecting lots of sales.

Hi everyone
I have just done an online chat. It is a recognised problem that they are working on but the girl gave me a possible solution which I tried and it seems to have worked so it may help you also to try:
1) Delete all of your shipping rules (for Australia - assuming this is just an Aussie issue)
2) Re-enter them
3) Re-publish your website
I have done the above and tested my site with a dummy order and voila - it seems to be ok (touching wood and fingers crossed because that is the technical way to ensure success

i just added rest of the world to shipping and it works. BUT if someone wants to add something to cart after checkout has begun it keep original shipping and doesnt update automaticly.

I tried what ToscaMico said with no success also , but retried and this time , if you look under shipping rules , on the line where it says "Australia View all " at the end of that line the " . . ." three dot menu button , click it and then select delete and then re-do the shipping from scratch , worked for me. First time around I only deleted the "Method" (or rule I created) , I thought thats what toscamico meant , but I guess they meant what I did the second time because it has worked 🙂
