Problems with checking out
I am still having a nightmare with things not working as they should, since the updates some of my customers are unable to check out with paypal. On top of everything else that is going wrong on my website at the moment I am now having to send paypal invoices then email orders when they should be able to download.
I have put a support ticket in but no one is getting back to me. I am in the UK so getting on the phone is not an option for me.
I really am FED UP now Weebly. I am going to have to move my website, you are leaving me little choice as I have paid for a service you are failing to provide!

You aren't alone. I am currently searching for a solution to this situation. My ideal right now would be an e-commerce plug-in, but looking. I'd prefer to keep things the way they are, but it doesn't look like there is any way to do that with some of the current issues. =(

Hi @EnFinityGloss Can you please verify the site url? It doesn't look like the site in your account is eligible for checkout.

Same boat, but with credit card processor. Paypal seems to be working fine.. but apparently only got wind today that customers haven't been able to check out with their credit cards on stripe due to declined transactions. It's a nightmare, and only makes sense why there's been such a sudden decline in sales that past few days.

All you need to do is turn on Guest Checkout, @Fedupwithweebly. Follow these steps to turn that on in your PayPal account:
::Log in to your account at PayPal.com ::Go to your Profile and select "More Options" ::Choose "My Selling Tools" from the menu on the left. ::Here's you'll find a section called "Selling Online". Select Website Preference from this section and click the Update link. :: Last step! Turn on the "PayPal Account Optional" selection and then SAVE your changes at the bottom of the page.

goodness, glad i read your feedbacks, i was just considering paypal, although its way above my budget, thanks everyone, as for getting back at us, i must say, weebly is very slow, and not so good, even the chat service has not been workign lately, shame, and i thought ipage is not as good, their chat customer service is impacable, weebly's as well, but cant find them most of the time, for some reason no connection.
