Pick-up option not working
Hi there,
When my customers go to checkout their cart, it is not allowing them to select the "Pick up in store" option.
it has been working perfectly until today and all of a sudden it no longer does and it effecting my sales.
Why is this happening? it simply pops back to "shipping" when they click "pick up in store".

Hi @saltykaii and @Janey_123.
What browser are you seeing that with? I tested using Chrome and got all the way to the checkout page without it changing from pickup to shipping.

Hi Adam, I also was using Chrome. It is back working now. It wasn't working when I posted here on the 4th. I checked with several other people also to check if it worked on other servers. The problem was that it kept reverting back to shipping and would not allow pick up. I contacted customer support via chat. I was told that there was a "bug" and that engineers were working on it. I was also told that a timeframe could not be given which is fair enough but I would have thought we should have been notified about this issue as sales would have been lost. I was informed that an email notification would not be possible as Weebly have over 30 million customers and that I would just have to keep checking back in to see if was fixed! I am not very happy with this experience and to make matters worse I was cut off the chat when I wasn't finished. I wasn't asked if I needed further assistance either like most companies do. I found this to be so rude and unnessecary. Very disappointed. Thankfully after checking in yesterday the issue had been resolved

I'm glad to hear the issue was resolved so quickly! Super sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the support team, though. I'm happy to share your story with the team leads so they can make sure their teams are aware. I know sometimes the chat auto time out early which shouldn't be happening.
