I want to remove expres checkout and go back to the normal payal, The info that popped up said i could easlity switch back in settings but I  cannot find where

I can't say I'm sure what you mean. As far as I'm aware, though it's likely you can change the options on the PayPal account itself, the new checkout is the only one that will work with Weebly going forward. Where did you read that it was reversible?
