Payment returned

A member paid their 2021 membership in late December but the transaction appeared in his bank account as Jan 4. The transaction was returned to him on the same date. It doesn't appear in any reports from Weebly or from Stripe so I don't have any information about what has happened. Any ideas?

Thanks for your post, @bpmurray. I'm not sure what happened exactly. It sounds like it might have been a pending charge that was eventually voided for some reason. How did your member pay for their membership? Did they add a membership item to their cart on your website and pay for it like that?

I just heard back from him - I don't know what he was doing but apparently it had nothing to do with Weebly or Stripe or our site. Thank you for your attention but this has apparently resolved itself.
