Not at this time, @trt but we can definitely highlight this request in our weekly feature request meeting. I can't guarantee the option will be implemented, but our product managers are very interested in this type of feedback for future improvements to the service.
the only work around i can think of is for us to create email filters at our email provider (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc...) that will forward emails with a specific subject line or content.
