Order Combine/Order status as cancelled on shipping refund
A customer asked for his two orders to be combined and refund given for the shipping on the 2nd order since he was combining the orders, the first of which qualified for Free Shipping. So, I discovered that I cannot combine the orders on the order dashboard. Then, the second order I gave a refund on the shipping, but it shows the order as Cancelled when in fact it is not, just the shipping. I have to keep a mental note that it isn't and that I need to get the order out. Am I missing something here? Is there a step to 1) Combine Orders and 2) Not have it show as Cancelled when only shipping refunded?
Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Hi @UkeMcQ There isn't a way to combine orders, unfortunately. Can you confirm the order number so that I can double check on the shipping refund question?

Thanks! This is just how orders display if you do a partial refund right now; I agree it's a bit confusing because the order isn't actually cancelled. Hopefully we can add an additional order status later to reflect situations like this.
