Not getting the cash register noise when I get an order

All of a sudden I stopped getting notifications when I get an order, the cash register sound.  What do I need to do to fix this.  Have to keep checking mail to see if I have any orders.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the app, @websterfarms 

It looks like there may be a bug regarding this issue. Can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? You should see a series of permissions upon reinstall. 

I'll have to check with the team to confirm if there is indeed an active bug, and will let you know what I find out.

I removed app and reinstalled and it still does not work.  I have to keep checking email to see if I have an order.  Really liked the cash register sound.  Please help me get it back.  Thank you.

Unfortunately, it looks like this is broken at the moment. There is already a bug escalated to the engineers, and I'll do my best to provide updates as I see. them.
