Multiple Weebly store sites created through Square?

I created a store website through a link I found on my client's Square account. It's great, but I want to create a another store website featurings some of the same items for different audience. Is there some way to do this?

Multiple sites is now possible in the Square Online dashboard. Click on the menu on the top right and then click the Add Site link. Once you've added another site, you'll see a grey sites dropdown on the top left of the dashboard to select the site you want to manage.

Possible to have an existing Weebly site connected to a New Square Account?

By "connected to a new Square Account", did you just want to use Square to process payments on a Weebly site, or were you looking to move a Weebly site over into a Square Online account that you made?

If you are just trying to connect to Square to use as a payment processor you should be able to do this through Settings > Checkout on the Weebly dashboard. I don't believe it is possible, though, to change the Square account if the site was created through Square Online. 

Can you confirm the site name so we can take a look?
