Marking item 'Unavailable' makes all my items drop off my webpage.

When I set an item to 'Unavailable' all my items become invisible at the website.

Thanks for reaching out. Do you mean when you mark one item as unavailable all of your items become unavailable? Can you please confirm an item name?

Sure - I just marked "Chinese Lo Mein" as unavailable. in the editor.  Then I clicked "Publish".  The browser refreshed and all of my featured menu items disappeared.

Now my entire menu has dropped again and I can't get it visible to the public. Please help me fix this or I need to abandon Weebly ASAP.

I'm sorry to hear! I'm looking at your site right now and I see all of the featured menu items. I can try to replicate the issue you are describing, but I don't want to make any changes that could potentially affect your live site. Are you familiar with taking a screen recording? Are you using a Windows or Apple computer?
