Is Weebly ready for PayPal's security upgrade June 26, 2018?

PayPal is upgading adding another layer of security to version 1.2 (TSL1.2) and Hypertext transfer prtocol version 1.1 (HTTP/1.1) tomorrow June 26th. Are you ready? We use Weebly and PayPal and need to know.
