How to track purchase in Google Analytics?

Hello,

I have enabled Google Analytics by placing the Global site tag into the header, and I do see some numbers in GA.

Does it mean that purchases happen on my website is also tracked? I got two orders yesterday but don't see any purchase data on GA. Or is there any other steps I need to take?

You should be able to add additional tracking information under Settings > Tracking Tools for the checkout page.

Thanks a lot! Shall I simply place my Global site tag (gtag.js) into the Cart, Payment and Receipt pages or is there any specific tag that I need to place instead? I tried to google for it but cannot find an answer for tracking purchase on Weebly.
