How to edit the text in the order confirmation email?

Hello,

I've verified my sender profile email and it allows me to access the "edit page" button for my order confirmation email, but it won't allow me to actually change any of the text.

Specifically, towards the bottom it has "Notes" and then beneath that is the place-holder text. I can click and change "notes", but I cannot delete or edit the placeholder "Lorem ipsum sit amet" text. I've sent multiple test emails after trying various methods and all of them have that text at the bottom, which I feel is rather unprofessional and I'd like to change it, or at least remove it.

Thanks for posting, @Polaris.

The Notes bit you see are actually where notes enter during checkout by the customer would be shown, if you have that enabled for your checkout.
