How to add personal message to customer when processing order

Hi. We've just launched our webstie and have customers leaving comments to us at their checkout. As customer service is paramount to us, is there anyway for us to add/send a personal comment back to our customers when we are processessing their order? Especially if their comment to us is a question that we need to respond to? Thanks.

There isn't a way to reply to a comment left on the checkout page. Have you considered enabling Facebook Messenger for your site? This way you would be able to interact with your customers in real time. Click on Website>Messenger to setup the service.
