How do I ask for refund?

Hello, I just upgraded my plan, I have a financial problem and want to ask for a refund. I ask for a month subscription, can I ask for a refund?

Of course. I have processed the refund for you and the funds will be returned to your card in the next 2-3 business days. Do you also want to return the domain name?

Can I use a different hosting server (ex. Shopify) to use my domain which I bought it from Weebly? Like transferring it to other servers?

Yes, although if you registered it less than 60 days ago you would have to wait until after that length of time per ICANN transfer rules. You could definitely update the nameservers or DNS to use a different host, though.

What service did you want a refund for, @qiannivan? It looks like some of your most recent serves were already refunded a few days ago.  It looks like the only recent payment is for a domain name.

I apologize, @qiannivan but the domain is just past the 5 day return policy. We can still issue a refund, however the domain will not be able to be registered again until it expires on 12/22/2018. You can still use the domain with another hosting service if you want to keep it. All you would need to do is update the domain settings to point to the new company.
