I submitted this query to the help desk but haven't heard back so guessing forums are the best way to go.
Why do I have Untitled Site in this email?
Where is this data pulling from and how can I correct it?
It looks so unprofessional to buyers - please help!!

The help desk got back to me.
Go to Settings > General > Site Title
and ensure you click Save in that section, otherwise it will go back to blank.
