Hi there,
I just created my e-commerce website with Weebly/Square. I published it, and ask one of my friend to try and make a purchase to see if everything works. Everything seemed fine until the end her credit card was declined. All infos were correct. Plus when I check the Overview I have no update of site visitors or any data...Is there something I missed, can you guys check ?
It's really hard to get in touch with your customer service.

My online store get ready but when ask my friend go online purchase , everything fine until submit order , prompt Payment Declined

Hi,
Doing more research, I see in my Square account that I don’t have the sam options as mentionned everywhere in your support page. All showing is « You have nothing to manage » in French « vous n’avez rien à gérer » in the middle of the screen - below there’s only Account Setting and Support. Can someone reply ? There’s no email or phone number and the support section is not answering my question.

My checkout Account connect with Stripe ,
There're few payment gateway in CHECKOUT
Which from what I knew is
1) Stripe
2) Square
3) PayPal
I m PRO plan user and my CHECKOUT connected to STRIPE ,
