hi,
I opened a case over a week ago and no-one is getting back to me after the initial message. Not great.
Problem:
My customers are getting receipts for crazy totals after they pay and when I hit 'mark as shipped'. I'm having to email each person to apologise (on your behalf) as it's something out of my control. The amount they are charged is correct, but the totals are shocking!
Can anyone help, or even just respond to my case?
