Coupon code not working

My customers are all getting the message 'The coupon does not apply to this purchase' when they try and enter the code. I've tried deleting and re-adding the coupon code, and still getting the same message. Nothing has changed, the code should apply to all orders. Any suggestions?

Hi yes I have had the same issue. My customers have been ringing me with same problem, never had an issue in 4 years until this week. I have posted my issue so will see what comes of it.

I'm glad it's not just me, but I wish there was a way to resolve it!

The online chat is just going round and round in circles, I can't seem to speak to an actual person.

Hi @ We have a thread here that explains that the free shipping coupon will only work on the checkout page. Can you confirm if this is the type of coupon you are trying to use, or is it all coupons that are giving you an error? 

I'm also very sorry to hear you are having trouble reaching the team. You can reach a rep by typing something like "speak with a rep" in the automated chat box.

Thank you Bernadette, it is the free shipping coupon I am having problems with.so it sounds like my problem is the same as the others'. We are losing sales over this so I hope it can be resolved soon.

Customers are getting frustrated with this.  It is very confusing and cumbersome to have the coupon code show up on the first page and not work.  Also, why are we not receiving notification when changes are made to the weebly platform?
