Checkout problem when using Paypal- Pls help

Hi guys, 

Had a customer find an anomaly on my site that i cant seem to change....

Customer goes to checkout,  buys item, lets say its £30.00 inc Taxes @ 20%  (thank you weebly for this revision), plus 3.95 shipping.

So Checkout shows 

£30.00 item

£3.95 shipping

£5.00 Taxes included

Total £33.95 to pay.

Now if you pay by stripe thats what you pay, but if you try and pay by paypal

it tries to charge :

£30.00 item

£3.95 shipping

£5.00 Taxes 

Total £38.95 to pay

This is at the paypal log in stage... 

Any ideas

Hello - we're trying to sell tickets for our concert (http://www.mchsorchestra.com/store/c1/Featured_Products.html). We can only accept paypal. It seems mobile checkout is working, but not for computers. It does not go to the paypal login page. I tried chrome, firefox, and ie. Our concert is a couple of weeks away. Please help!!!
