Charging Shipping based on the City

Hi there,

I am from Canada. I am selling wine products in Ontario (Province in Canda). I am based in Toronto. I want to give people within a 25km radius of my headquarters free shipping, and anyone beyond that point charge them a flat shipping fee of $10.

Is this possible? I upgraded to the Business Plus Package to be able to do real time shipping rates. However, the shipping provider i use is not even listed. Is there a way around this?

Hi there. It's not possible to setup free shipping by radius, but that's a good suggestion. What shipping carrier are you trying to use? We currently have Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx available for your area.
