Cart does not show up in Navigation Menu on mobile device

I have been reading various posts about cart issues. I recently switched from a custom theme to one of the available themes - Time Piece Clean Lines - in order to make this work.

I just tested it and the cart works when using a computer. But for a mobilde device, there is a checkout button below that doesn't let me go add anything else to the cart because when I leave the window the checkout button disappears. And it doesn't show up in the navigation menu on the left hand of the screen on my phone using a google browser.

How do I fix this?

Hi @Blueskyes I still see the checkout option at the bottom of the site if I navigate from an item page. Do you see it if you scroll down?

I did eventually see it. I think part of the issue was that if the pop up for the newsletter comes in then the checkout temporarily disappears but otherwise I did see it. I guess this is the best it will do on a phone. It's definitely better than the issue I was having before.
