All sizes missing after new weebly update. Sales impossible, site useless now. HELP please!
Logged into my email tonight and saw weebly sent out this email:
We’ve made a change to how item options work. Options are now global, so you can assign them to multiple items to save time. Nothing will change on your published site, but you may notice some minor differences when creating or assigning item options.
Please take a moment to review your item library. You will now see a section called Options under Items in the navigation menu on the left. There you will see your global item options, and you can create new option sets to be reused across any items in your catalog.

I've been running facebook ads all weekend and I've had zero sales which is unusual. I was super excited to see none of my products have sizes anymore, hence no customers can complete a purchase. Now I only have one size option and it says 'size dropdown format'. Given weebly's email above I decided to go behind the scenes to the item editor. Every size now says 'size dropdown format' or 'radial dial format' with some inventory next to it "4" "6" etc.
Every product I list has this problem now, and I have no idea what size corresponds with what inventory without physically going to count all of my inventory again.
Any idea how to fix this? Revert back? Essentially I can't sell anything until this is fixed. Just since last night this issue has cost me about $100 in facebook ads and nearly ~$1K in revenue based off previous campaigns. I paused the campaign but my site is useless until this is fixed since customers can't place orders without any size options.
I am so frustrated with weebly right now. Why wouldn't they send a heads up email before implementing a change like this which would cost their customers hundreds of dollars like me? Or I'm sure thousands for larger customers.
Any ideas to reverse this change would be welcomed with open arms! Is there any way to go back to what my site looked like 48 hours ago?

Yes and I have had this issue for almost 2 weeks now. Why id it taking so long?

Did you find anything out? I still have same issue with Options and no one has reached back to me with any updates. Its now going on 3 weeks.

Have you had a chance to reach out to our support team? It looks like the team may have a work around to implement while the engineers work on a resolution.
You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.

I have the same issue since they made a change in options that they call "Global Options". After receiving the notice from Weebly that this was done and there would be no effect on my site I checked mine. All my otions were gone. Just said options with no choices. I contacted the support staff. They suggested to delete and re add them. I removed deleted all my option details including the written details about options on each item page that customers view. Re added otions on over 100 items. Lasted about 2 hours then same problem. After 4 or 5 days of talking to support they came back and said it was a "Bug". Really! It has been almost 2 weeks now with no resolution. All I get is an update every few days saying sorry they dont have a fix yet. Not having otions is costing me sales. I have ask to speak to someone in management. That does not happen. Very frustrated. I question if they are even working on the issue.

I have been communicating with a person that signs emal with "YA". The last 2 emails I sent asking for updates have not been resonded too. Its been over 1 week since they have given me any updates. Site is still not working with the featire of adding options to a product.
