I don't think there's a way to do it after buying a specific number of bath bombs, though you can incentivize people who purchased a bath bomb in general with an automated marketing email (note: this requires upgrading to a paid marketing plan). In your dashboard navigation, go to Marketing > Automated and see the "Increase your Sales" option.
