2 products but only 1 product shown in site item

There are 2 of the similiar products in the website. Please see attached file, www.orbestation.com.sg (HGUC GUNCANNON).

In site items, it only show 1 (please see attached file HGUC GUNCANNON site items)

Please assist.

Did you copy the item at any point, then edit and save as a new product? Can you also republish your site so we can see if that updates the site? It looks like it has been a few awhile since the last publish.

The last time I last publish my web was on Fri or Sat.

How did you get to this page in your screenshot? I'm not seeing it on your site, and am wondering if it is a cache issue.

I was able to speak with the support team and it looks like the backend items needed a reindex. Can you log into your account and search for the item name again? You should see two listed, and can delete the one you do not want to keep.
