We have been using customed theme for about 5 years and never make any edits to it. This week we note that within the editor preview, the theme was not shown properly and website became distorted. This resulted in us not able to publish updates to the site content. I did a publish another backup site using the same theme and we note that the published site displayed wrongly but upon inspection of the site, we note that the actual main css was not being applied. We tried to reach out to support but no one seems to be able to render such technical assistance. Hoping for some gurus to advise on how to troubleshoot. TIA!
